Pos: I enjoyed the room that had a fridge and liked the quiet location near Concordia College and Minnesota, along with a multi-use park just 2 miles away.

Location to convention (2 blocks).

Three front desk staff did not understand booking through this website - wanted to charge more, new carpet being installed as late as 7:30pm- hallways cluttered, lamp & clock unplugged (clock on 2nd day), water nozzle stuck closed, block on ld phone calls and clerk on 2nd day didn't know how to unblock, outrageous charge for ld call (even for a hotel), coffee/OJ gone-no refresh, a/c unit poor, electrical outlet near bed inoperative (caused dvd battery to run down).

The queen room had climate control and cable programming. The location was great, in a nice area, and the staff was friendly. Near Concordia College and Minnesota State University, making it convenient.

Price and location.

The room had a terrible odor which hit us as soon as we opened our door. We purchased a can of Febreeze and almost emptied it trying to get rid of the smell, no such luck!! We had a lousy night sleep! The lock on our room did not work. Thank goodness there was a maintenance man there working on the room next door. They worked for a better part of an hour so we could shut and keep our door locked.

Filthy room and broken doors and poor security.

Had a great time here! The room had a handy fridge, and the bed was super comfy. 😊

Accessability to highway and places to eat. Room was clean and bathroom also. The place is showing it's age but is fairly comfortable for the price. After reading other reviews before going was a little leary, but there were not adverse smells or anything that we noticed.

Breakfast, supposely started at 6:30 my husband and I got there at 6:55 and nothing but one muffin and a couple of pieces of roll or something. Not sure what was wrong with the orange juice, but I almost vomitted when I took my first drink it smelled bad and tasted worse. My husband had the apple and said it was ok. Might want to check this out and make sure it is not old or expired.
